George Krom designed a functional space, in accordance with our budget, that also reflects a warm inviting ambiance. It truly surpassed our expectations!

We were pleasantly surprised when you came to our residence to check on the progress of the installation.

We were very grateful to Chris for rescheduling the installations to coincide with our schedule due to the inclement weather this past winter.

Our home was built during the 1800's, which created a few challenges. However, the installation team assigned to our project, lead installer Bill Dawson and his assistant Mike, did a superb job surmounting any obstacles that arose. We wish to acknowledge them for the long hours, competent and quality craftsmanship that our kitchen reflects. We were so impressed, that this past summer we had them return and install an exterior and storm door for our kitchen.

We would recommend your services and employ your company for future renovations.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend your staff (Leigh and Wingate Crawford Chris and Mike) on the fine workmanship and professional attitude in my kitchen remodel.

Leigh's design and attention to detail are representative of your staff. Her attitude and knowledge of the available materials adds an excitement to an otherwise tedious and frustrating project. Her attention to detail and personal contact throughout the reconstruction certainly exemplifies her concern for customer need and satisfaction.

Chris' availability and helpfulness proved invaluable many times and especially at times of crisis (my EL Paso family arrival and visit while no kitchen facilities were available) was not only supportive, but beyond expectation. Speak about customer need: he helped me ready an eating area on my screened-in porch... cheerfully giving up his lunch hour! He made himself available at all times by cell.

Wing is a treasure! he is not only a professional but a craftsman in every aspect: his attention to the smallest detail, precision, knowledge, availability to questions, attitude to please, and tidiness are only surpassed by daily cheerfulness. Certainly a man trustworthy of getting the job done right.

Mike represents a young craftsman with the qualities which will bring him future success as he is a good team member with your crew.

I consider it most fortunate that I walked into your showroom in Rhinebeck (at the suggestion of Jeff Scales) and met you and Leigh. It was the beginning of a transformation of dream into reality... Dear Bill,

Al and I are really enjoying our remodeled bathroom. It came out beautiful. Sam's designing started it all and once it was put into motion, the hardworking crews of Bill And Michael set the stage for the tile work done by Dino. Michael put the finishing touches of masterfully setting the tiles so expertly. Bill did a wonderful job getting in the glass shower doors and sink. He and Michael were some ripping apart team and then putting new walls and ceiling and paint etc.

Your men are all gentlemen and professsional. It was a pleasure knowing them and enjoying their company.

Our trip was wonderful. Just got back last Friday. Hi to the Crews.

We knew from the moment we stepped into your store, Country Cupboards was the company we would hire to design and install our new kitchen! During our first visit, we felt comfortable and under no pressure while at the same time recognized a professional environment which immediately conveyed a message of trust.
